Tattoo Cymru returns to William Aston Hall, Wrexham this September with a brand-new show ‘A Salute to the Sea Soldier’.

The Royal Marines Association Concert Band will take centre stage for one night only, telling the story of Royal Marines and Seafarers whose stories are rooted in Welsh history through the ages.

Tattoo Cymru will once again bring together a unique blend of pipers, drummers, singers, dancers, drill teams and musicians for another highly anticipated display of precision, pomp and pageantry. The cast will gather together to perform a majestic finale not to be missed.

The shows producer, Gareth Butler, said: “We are delighted to be back at the fantastic William Aston Hall for a third year with a wonderful new cast and theme for 2026 saluting Sea Soldiers from Wales. 
The Royal Marines Association Band will take centre stage throughout the show with a stellar cast of pipers, drummers, singers and dancers.”

“As ever, inviting young performers to take part is such a joy and we have some wonderful drill displays from our cadet team lined up. We are also dedicating part of our show this year to the Gresford Colliery Disaster. As our show draws to a close, our cast will muster for our traditional majestic finale.”
