The world's oldest international football stadium...gets a makeover
Wrexham
AFC
Stadium
Something big is coming to the historic kop end of Wrexham AFC and the world famous Racecourse / Cae Ras. Years in the planning and making, we capture and track it's progress as it now dominates our skyline.

Urban Canvas Creators
The club knew the site was going to attract hundreds of thousands of visitors during its lengthy construction - so to brighten up the perimeter fence outside, they employed a team of talented street artists from all over the UK. We caught up with some of them back in March to capture them working and creating a series of amazing installations - albeit temporary. Check them out in Crispin Lane, take the first left past The Turf when heading into town.

The Steel
Team
Back in May we had a catch up with some of the steel team - the welders - who had arrived from out of town - to connect it all together.
Stopping by for a pitstop brew at Wayne's Butty Van - we caught up with Cameron, Steve, Luke and Connor, who told us they were going to be here for at least 4 weeks. Or try and 'have it all finished by 4.30pm - if they got a move on!'

Rising up above the town
The New
Kop Stand
In July, we took this photo from the top of St Giles' Church - all the way from the heart of town. Showing the sheer scale of this massive project dwarfing the existing Mold Road Stand built in 1999 just to the left.
