Business

We understand that you might want or need a bit more when you visit or want to stop over in Wrexham.

So we will be adding additional useful content here over the coming weeks and months. Many of our exciting local businesses have some great tales to tell.

We will be creating profiles for up and coming local business success stories, with the common thread that they are all fiercely independent and proud to be based here in Wrexham.

We will also include other useful local service providers, listings for our growing tour guide scene and everything else in between that we can think of, so you get to know the real Wrexham.

All of our providers can help you make the most out of your visit. And by using our growing independent business sector, you are helping to support and grow our local economy, so that we all can benefit.

Authentic, artistic and meaningful

Phil Green
Photography

Phil Green Photography is based just outside of Wrexham and covers events and projects both here in Wrexham and across North Wales. Since launching his business nearly 5 years ago, Phil has worked with many community groups, sports teams, and organisations across the region — including being the official team photographer for the North Wales Crusaders Rugby League during their 2024 season.

We sat down over a coffee at The Foundry and Phil told us his approach is all about making people feel comfortable in front of the camera, and he aims to do it in such a way that feels authentic, artistic, and meaningful.

Phil also shared with us he has a new love for street photography, producing eye catching colour and black-and-white images that highlight everyday emotion and timeless drama. We very much look forward to sharing more of his work being captured right here on our doorstep in the near future.

Looking for a photographer who brings passion, creativity, and a relaxed approach? Consider Phil Green Photography. Read our enhanced service below that we now partner and deliver with Phil.

It combines real-world exploration with behind-the-scenes insights about the show and the community featured in it.

Your guide brings the documentary to life by sharing the real stories and people that have made Wrexham a global sensation. This 2.5 hour walking experience takes you through authentic filming locations while exploring the town’s rich history, culture, and football heritage.
